Help me decide! Should I make Japanese-style tomato stew (Hayashi) or Japanese-style curry tonight?
My ingredients are: Harris Ranch Grade A chuck roast "kiriotoshi", red onions, carrots, and four types of mushrooms (king, ram's head, brown beech, and white beech).
