There are no such "privatized roads". These are public roads, even though they are to access privately-owned industrial companies.

Do some research on Germany's "Nürburgring", because not everybody is interested in illegal drag racing.

When I put up the second yes vote, I meant as in a privatized industrial road where the owner of that road could hold such events.

I understand that there are raceways near by, but they are still hours away. I'd be nice if there were certain roads zoned off just for this type of gathering (e.g. parks are for playing in, there should be a car park somewhere ).

Any how, keep on voting, it's all excellent info

Signed,

Be careful. You might get bashed by some ignorant people.

My friend got back from Japan a few days ago and told me there was a lot of street racing there. Its just the places they meet up are usually isolated from major public areas. The place is usually monitored by police. This was about 1-2AM in the morning over there so there wasn't anyone really driving around. And he was there for 2 weeks saw the races about 4 times and haven't seen any fights or accidents. Just thought I should share.
