Here's an update:
When I was in the cop car I didn't see a camera. I'm going to the OCC on monday to file the formal complaint, and my court date is next month. I'm going to fight this as far as I can go.
And in response to another reply: I don't think cops are above the law and they shouldn't be exempt when they break the laws they're supposed to be enforcing.

thanks bud.....i don't care about getting a ticket for the lights (besides the fact that he lied and it was impossible for the lights to be off) but the misdemeanor rap has to be fought or it goes on my permanent record. reminds me of high school haha....but it's much more serious because it will jeapordize getting a job, a loan, etc.
