Haha, true. But still, don't you remember your rection to every dork with a Civic and a TypeR badge? It's just lame. Bad enough without there actually being Type-Rs around here to smack him down. I'd be embarassed to put an STi badge on my car and later be in the presence of the real thing. The only excusable way (in my humble opinion, of course ) is to actually get your old-school car up to 100% of the world STi parts. That would actually be pretty sweet.

I understand your point completely, it's your car, your money etc I agree do what you want! But Cmon man have a little tact!

I have an STi scoop and I am getting an STi or Prodrive WRC spoiler... and I have an "i" badge in blue that I will be putting on the car... I just wnated something different...

I also won't be putting any "STi" logos on my car, but that's just me!!

EVERYONE needs to do what they want! I did...

BTW Suby_dude, I love my Rota battles!! I had to get some "touch up paint" today though cause someone that drove my car LIGHTLY curbed one Lucky I found a GM paint that matches the bronze almost exactly and they only took off a little paint!!! I'll be ordering a replacement in the summer though cause I am sooooo damn picky about my car!! lol
ha ha you better order it now.

i think i have ONE piece of steel grey battles left.

you know it all depends on how much you allow other people's opinions to influence you.

so there's not many people who think an Si with a primered body kit looks good. there are plenty of people in this country who do.

i personally would feel just a bit wierd with STi logos all over my car with a car (that's better than mine in most every respect) called an STi in production (in my country). to me that is somwhat the same as putting a gt-r badge on a yugo.

on the other hand i think most of STis products are high-quality items (although i have had the chance to test them out barely at all) i would rather live without the logo for the time being. (jay your foglight covers still look dope).

the one BIG problema I have with STi is that they refuse to offer any warranty on their parts even though they are clearly a part of Subaru.
W T F ?!?!?!?!?!

Keep in minc that the dark horse may have influenced this post somewhat.

i'm sure they'll warranty them on the actual US STI.... prolly NOT on an EJ20 running around here.
