hey i think everybody here is old enough to make their own decisions. if you want to spend 5 minutes deleting the license plates on the pic you are posting for people at i-club to see, go for it.

hifi and I just think that it's absolutely retarted because of how easy it is to screw some one over these days. if one were so inclined, the last thing one would need is a fuggin LICENSE PLATE #!!! If you want to steal that car because it looks SOOOO good, then all you really have to do is find out where that person lives. Is that really hard to do? No.

if memory serves me right...
an NSX posted pics a long time ago on some forum. Highly modded (as it should be) the guy didnt black out his frame, so some smart guy/people got his plate, figured out where he lives via DMV or something, then steels his car, and rapes it for parts

happy ending? you be the judge

It's personal preference I will stick with the fact that it us useless.. If others want the "false sense of security" more power to you but remember your info is out there no matter what you do it's easily attainable by anyone unless you LIE on every application you ever do on line.

Like I said before BACK TO THE TOPIC
ok i give up
its personal choice what you do, i guess i am just paranoid

btw nice pics

No offense to all the people who have STi gear on their rides but now that the STi came out in the US, I just wouldn't feel right with it on my car. Then again my friends are *******s who don't know ish about cars and would incessantly make fun of me for trying to copy the STi.

Guys, the "personal info" thing is mostly rumor. But draw your own conclusions on whether deleting plates is wise after reading the link in the thread.

EDIT: And the foglight covers are sweet. I would NEVER cover up my foglights, even if they got chipped even more (one looks like I got sniped)... they are part of that Subaru character. But the screens are pretty sweet. Where did you guys get them?

i don't think anybody would be offended that you don't have any STI parts on your car

to each his own... i don't know why people think they should be dictating how people should be fixing up their rides.

its my car

its my ****ing money

and i can do whatever the **** i want with it

if you don't like it... buy the ****ing car from me... and fix it up how you ****ing like it.
