I called in a new neighbor because they keep parking their unregistered beat down car in front of my house. They never parked in front of my house again. Right now we have one renter on our block that doesn't seem to mind their yard. My other neighbor has already called that in. It should be clear in 2 days.

It sounds like your neighbor likes to party. One morning after he has a party, get a bunch of fellow i-clubbers, with catless exhaust, and park in front of his house and just start a symphony of boxer rumble. When they come out all hungover and pissed, and he asks why you are doing it in front of his house, just reply because there is no parking in front of your house. Sounds kinda petty, but sounds oh so fun.

first thing is to talk to the people who are parking in front of your house, ask them nicely to park in front of the house they live in, if they leave the car longer then 72 hours call it in and have it towed they wont do it anymore once they pay a impound fee.
It's a bad situation.
+1 for talking it out w/ the owners. If they are not the owners, but renters, then try to contact the actual owners. He/She may take your side since the last thing an owner who rents wants is complaints coming from the neighbors.
After that, consider leaving notes on the cars themselve. Nothing distasteful or threatening, just an FYI to alert parkers who may be be unaware of their intrusion.
Finally, call friends over and park on his side for awhile...just so they can understand the inconvenience. Maybe get your other neighbors involved as well (have them park on the street instead of their garage...just to make a point).
I would avoid any direct vandal-like action since they know where you live...and you don't want that kind of a war.

Its a statewide law that any car cannot be parked in one spot for longer than 72hrs
don't do something stupid close being inconsiderate as they are they will retailate. It will just start a war. I use to have a neighbour that get all pissed when ppl park infront of their house.. but it's a private street so they said you can't park infront of my house or else they can get it impounded.. is that true?
Anyhow, talking is the first thing you should do.
