There used to be a squirrel and p-dawg problem at my dad's friend's ranch.
He would let us kids go out and shoot em. We used a 50cal a few times, and called our group the red mist society - heh, they explode just like that.
And for the animal rights activists....just think of in this way: we made it easier for the other animals to eat...now they dont have to chase them down. All the bodies would be gone the next day - birds, coons, cayotes, and bobcats would eat em....yummmmmy!
