OT Dealership experience [stanford Nissan]

I am selling the scoobie and will be getting an Xterra... Since we are all local folks, I thought I would share my experience with Stanford Nissan. Please pass this to your friends and family and urge them NOT to purchase from these *******s.
Immediately after receiving this email and being pissed off, I called the dealership and spoke with the Owner, who condoned the actions of his rep!
I would rather do business with Stevens Creek Subaru!

Thank you for sending me the price quote yesterday. What can you do to earn my business today? Nothing. I will be purchasing a new vehicle at the end of march or perhaps April at the latest.
That having been said, May I suggest to you that you take an email etiquette class. In email, Capitol letters are seen as yelling and or shouting...

I don't know....I would have been ECSTATIC to receive an actual email from a dealership...I certainly wouldn't lecture them about their email etiquette. But I certainly agree...those guys there are not the best salesman (We shopped for Pathfinders before settling on two WRXs).
You are too sensitive, really.

Dude, so what if they typed in capital letters? So you're not buying a car from a dealership because they typed in capital letters? C'mon man, relax. No one was yelling at you dude. The salesman was ready to help you and all you did was blow him off over some dumb sh*t.
Good luck selling your car and getting an Xterra.

Its not about being ****...
Well so here is the deal... I am in sales, and I do a ridiculous amount of email and so therefore early on, I learned the rules. I guess I just have standards... Sorry for expecting people to carry out their work as I would carry out mine, but I expect more from my sales people.
The capitol letters have NOTHING* to do with me not purchasing from them... It is the response I have a problem with. Did I tell him I would not do business with him? No... I simply answered his question and told him I would be purchasing at the end of this month or next. And BTW, learn about email since this is your method of doing business. You should never resort to calling names, or acting like a jackass... Hell, they were the top contender for my business until he sent the second email.
I look at it this way, if I carried out my business the way this guy did over email, I would have been FIRED* on the spot.
If I was a waiter and I received ****ty service from a server, I would speak out the same... Call it professional courtesy.
