Excuse my ignorance but why is ICE getting involved with repoing Skylines? Is it just because they were brought here illegally? What if you are 3 owners later?

 

ICE deals with Immigration and Customs Enforcement. So their organization have dibs on anything that isn't supposed to be here in the states due to the nature of their org.

 

Correct. If I understand correctly they had something like 15 people assigned to JUST skylines. I'm sure it's far fewer now but still.

And as far as how many owners later... tough. They take it you're fighting an uphill battle to prove it's legit and you're covered. Not an easy one to win.

But I honestly don't know what the 2012 policies are on these things. COuld be different than 09-2011 when all this was happening.
