lets not hope some guy doesnt go 95 mph on a school zone and accidently kill your children.

i know a guy who was a passenger in the front seat of a car. The driver of the car was drunk and speeding. The car went off the road going around a turn and hit a tree. The guy in the front seat in the accident got both legs broken and massive internal bleeding, had to be airlifted to the hospital were they preformed emergency surgery on him. The driver and the other two people that were in the back seat just walked away from the accident. The kicker is, the driver did not have insurance. This poor guy has 100,000 dollars of hospital bills that is accumulating and he cannot work because he cannot walk. It is all because of the friend who was drunk and speeding.

 

If they were sober then they should have been smart enough to take the keys and drive.

But it is still sad when things like this happen.

My friend's friend went out drinking by himself and met some random people. with two passengers in the car, he crashed. No one died but they sued the hell out of him. He pretty muched screwed his family forever.

If I crashed and my pasenger died only thing I'd worry about is if I had to put up with the family trying to sue me.


Then again in that case I would have to kill them and they're laywers as well.
