and the freakin parking enforcement loser gave me a ticket for nothing. I asked another officer and he said that guy was an idiot. Basically there is a parking lot, with signs posted as follows: 7am to 10am 1 hour parking. I got there at 9:30 and he makred my tire at 9:40 and gave me a ticket later at 11:43. Freakin loser, learn how to read signs. 20 minutes man! I have parked there everyday for 2 years at the same time monday -thursday, and this is what i finally get.

ok i got my appeal back, they said i have no proof with my picutres that is the location of where i got the ticket. Now the thing said,no matter how long you are parked, you are in violation of the sign. Now i went back down to the parking enforcement place, and they told me that i need more detaield pictures. Significantly stating that is the location. Now this is retarded. One because in the computers they have no knowledge of what the sign is, all they know is i had a violation. it would make it alot simpler if they record what sign i am in violation of. I swear cali sucks my big toe! Now i have to go to court for this crap.

 

Your ticket itself should have the location where you were cited.

but technically you did break the law. the sign said 7-10am. so according to you, anyone can park there all day long starting at 9:01am. so by getting there at 9:30 and having your tire marked doesn't that mean that have to follow the 1 hr rule???

no it should mean at 9:01 anyone can park there, and since i got here at 9:30 and had my tire marked at 9:40 20 miuntes is not in violation.

 

Shoot I got a freakin ticket at BART yesterday for having no plates....I have DEALER plates on. Stupid idiot.

I mean in theory I really should have my plates on and I half way diserve the ticket but are they really that board? To give people that park legally and in the lines every day in the same lot for damn near 6 years a ticker for some crap like. I mean they don't ticket all the idiots that take up to spots...park in non existant spots or park hanging half way in the middle of the isle cause they don't know how to park....and they sure as hell weren't there when my stereo system and cd's etc were stolen from my truck. when my stereo system was stolen out of my civic and my car was totally jacked up from them trying to steal it.

They sure as hell weren't there when my buddies stereo....got stolen out of his bel air. Or when I ran across the parking lot to drop someone trying to steal my stereo out of my truck before it got stolen.

Lazy bastards...I mean what do they go around and run the vin numbers on every car with a dealer plate to see if it's "LIGIT" my car is 2004 for crying out loud.

 

i feel yah man, they just give me problems i dont need, i dont have time for this crap. I swear they want these things to happen. I think government does it on purpose so people just get fet up with and pay there dues. Which it is all a scam anyways.
