really though, how about a raffle?

like $5 a ticket or something, nothing would really come out of the vendors pocket b/c the tickets will be bought by individuals, and that money would be used to buy the thing thats being "raffled"

any thoughts on that?

Well... we're actually just asking for money for food... it's not like people aren't going to get nothing in return... you know? If there is money left over from the food fund, we will do a raffle... for sure. (Most likly will have $ leftover)

im gonna try to organize a caravan from fairfield, so everyone coming from the sac area and solano county area can meet in fairfield before driving out to the south bay, so maybe if you guys from sac want to start a meet out in davis or something then make a pitt stop in fairfield, then from there we will ALL drive out to the main meeting spot, or maybe even join the milpitas caravan at the D&B in milpitas since its on our way anyways...

If we meet the Solano County group at the In'N'Out Burger, that'll make it simple (unless you decide differently). Just let us know what time so we can figure out where and when to meet in Sac/Davis that morning. Thanks, Zoeb.

Yea Most likely we will do it at the fairfield in n out since thats where all our meets are anyways...and its probably the easiest since the solano county, and even the sac area people all know where it is from past meetings....as for a time, I am not sure yet, once the D&B meet time is set, I will plan on us LEAVING about 1.5 hours before their meeting time...basically we need to setup "leaders" for each caravan since each caravan is going to get larger every stop, so I will exchange my cell phone # with the leader of the Sac Area leader and the Milpitas (D&B) leader so we can all plan on meeting at the same time and making sure no one leaves until each caravan has arrived to the next stop....There may have to be another meeting spot on the way, possibly at concord Krispe Kreme or maybe san ramon innout, because there are quite a few members from concord/walnut creek/pleasant hill and vallejo...anyways, we will get in to more detail as other setup times...since we are so far away its kinda of hard for us, hopefully the meeting time will not be too early, because I really dont want to leave vacaville at like 5:30 in the morning, I would prefer the FINAL meeting time to start at like 12:00pm or so if possible, since sac area members have about a 3 hour drive ahead of them....

Who ever is organizing the D&B caravan, please contact me so I can organize the sac/solano caravan.

Daniel, please tell us what time the meet is going to start so all the caravans can plan accordingly
