Yeah, it'll be nice to play some football-type activities...

I was just up there actually, to check for space, tables, shade, etc, etc...

It's about 2 acres all together... lots of green grass. About 30 picnic tables all side-by-side... prolly seat about 90 at one time. There are two bbq pits next to each other, is one is 2' x 4'... needless to say, they can each cool A LOT.

It's all fenced in by a small white fence, with hedges, and such... very nice.

There are a few trees, so you can be in the shade sometimes.

The place I reneted has its own bathrooms, which are nice and tidy.

Who ever is organizing the D&B caravan, please contact me so I can organize the sac/solano caravan.

Daniel, please tell us what time the meet is going to start so all the caravans can plan accordingly

The actual driving portion will probably be not much more than stopping at different places and waiting around for people to show and then starting back up. Fairfield to Milpitas isn't that long of a drive, about 1-1.25 hrs or so. As long as traffic isn't a problem, which it shouldn't be.

Very True, but I want to make each stop about 20 minutes long MAX...maybe 35 minutes at D&B so if there is anyone who was late making it to the fairfield caravan they can atleast catch up at D&B...

Slack do u want to lead the Davis/Sac Caravan?

I need a few people to help me out the day before the event (At Costco).

I also need some people to come up there early with me (10am)... to set everything up. So, if you wanna help, just let me know. There is no rush or anything, so don't worry.
Word. I'll be up Thursday or Friday that weekend and would be more than willing to get my bulk shopping on at Costco and help set up.

Me too. Are you driving? Roundtrip is 72$ through Southwest if you order three weeks in advance.

Hey bruce i got a freind who would dj (has the whole setup) all we need is power. He spins lounge/down tempo/chill none of that crappy *** annoying trance. *yuck*

This gonna be a subby only deal?

Anyone think of inviting evo's and *gasp* srt4's and the likes?

We could make it a turbo 4 cyl meet.

just a thought.

Except for the fact that a lot of the super-active BAICers drive GC/GM RS' Not Scoob-only, but those who come should be members at least.

Yeah, I'd like to keep this as a Suby event. You are welcome to bring a friend or whatever... but don't invite other car clubs, as I will have to turn them away. (Simply because of room, food, and I just want this to be a big *** suby event, like all of our Mt Hamilton meets).

Thanks guys, you rock.
