we should probably get a list going of who is coming and how many people they are bringing. this way come time before the 13th, we will know how much food to buy.

Yeah, there is plenty of parking...probably for like 200 cars. So, we wont have any issues. (I hope!).
But yeah... We don't need a headcount yet, as this isn't the official thread. once I get the $$ situation figured out, I'll start a thread with all the details.
We still need vendor support for the food. There are going to be a lot of people!! Also, individual donations are welcome too (

We've talked a few times over the phone today, but just so that everyone else know, I'm down for whatever you need. I'll help you shop, setup, clean up, make phone calls... etc.
My goal, is 80 cars...
next year, 100... 120... so on, and so forth... We need to OWN NESIC cause they have pretty huge meet each year...
