Pence breaks forearm when getting HBP. Expected out for 6-8 weeks, and with expected recovery time of getting timing for his swing back too, at least a month of regular season might be no Hunter Pence!

Even less power in the lineup now...
Let's now see how Bochy juggles the lineup now. Pagan batting third anyone?!??

Look at how poorly the Giants are doing right now. Last in hitting (team batting average of .235) and last in pitching (team era over 6). Yah I know it's only pre-season, but everyone's been complaining that there's no power in the lineup and now Bochy is talking about it too.

If this is a sign of things to come, Giants won't make the playoffs either.

You can get some bats in a trade.
i am not even watching Spring ball. I am just looking at the teams from last year to now. Dodgers moved sideways at best, more likely went down, Padres moved up, and Giants went down a little bit, not by a whole lot.
