I can't believe Matsui tried to tag... Susuki has a laser lol and it's not like Matsui is as fast as he used to be!

Today is the start of a tough 9 game road trip for the A's against the Blue Jays. Let's start the war off positive on the road!

So, Kouz was supposed to strengthen the defense at the hot corner huh? Well, he hasn't been a great hitter in his career, so what else is there left for him to do for us? =/

According to articles I've read on Kouz's fielding. He fields great, he's just terrible at throwing. Hence why he spiked the ball into the dirt when he tried to throw someone out. That's pretty useless if the ball actually touches the field. LOL.

I know there were no official errors today, but 2-3 plays that should have led to different outcomes definitely could have changed the game... Hopefully we'll salvage a win tomorrow.

A's win their 3rd game of the season by a score of 1-0. Gonz pitched 6 solid innings and the A's played SOLID defense. A lot of stranded base runners today, but they did just enough! Tomorrow we're going for the first series win of the season!!!

McCarthy get's his first win of the season. Matsui hit's his first home run and the A's win the first series of the year! Things looking better. Again an errorless game by the A's again!

P.S. It was good to see Ryan Sweeney in the starting lineup again!

Suzuki came through big time today with some late game heroics.

Great pitching from Ross and Fuentes too!

Can't forget about Braden's start. He did well too.

Suzuki is my favorite player on the A's. I think he's one of the most underrated players out there. Hopefully now that he's in the 6th spot he'll provide even more offensive power because he won't have to pressure to produce like last year when he was in the 4th spot.

definitely let one slip away today. Cahill didn't look like himself today. Maybe he felt the weight of signing his new 4 year deal. Look for him to bounce back next week. On a positive note, LaRoach looks like a solid back up. It'll be interesting once Rosales comes back...

definitely a nice come from behind win! 3 in the 9th to tie it up and 3 in the 10th. Even though our team still sucks at hitting with runners in scoring position, it still seems like we're still hitting better when it matters most!!! Good win tonight and this win sealed the deal on our second series win!
