Super glad that Vettel didn't win.

its a great time attack car

I only caught some of the gp, I picked up hammy saying he can't drive any slower...what was this about? Concerns over the tire wear or the reliability of the car?

I think he was getting pressed by one of the Williams drivers and they almost passed him, that is when he radioed to his pit that 'I can't possibly drive any slower'

Mercedes really stuck to that 'conserve tyres and fuel' mentality.

The Game Changer | The Buxton Blog

I liked this article for the praise they gave Alonso and Ferrari for making the charge at the green till the end. I was also surprised to learn that Alonso had a puncture on the last stint. While Ferrari's strategy played well for this track, I don't think this strategy will be as rewarding at others.

Bottom line is I feel Pirelli was asked to build a tire that will degrade and not last. Teams have been playing the old tire strategy with new tires. I hope this will change.

Out of the entire gang for NBC Buxton is the only one I actually enjoy listening to. The other three just ramble.

I agree with you on the tactic Ferrari used, and that Lotus did the same thing with Kimi. Glad that they just raced and didn't give two ****s about the tire ware.

Matchett sits there with a raging boner the whole time.

Was very nice not to see Red Bull on the podium!
