Why did they have Webber turn down his engine?
Since they did have him turn down his engine, but not Vettel, Vettel was much faster. Only took about 4-5 laps behind Webber and he mad the pass, and left Webber in the dust.
So what you really saying is you don't like autoracing... You want the teams to dictate who finished where... not the FACT that some drivers are faster and should have the opportunity to make passes for positions.

Why would you want to test a new part with your slower driver?
That's like getting new ram, but putting it in the slightly older, slower computer versus your newer one.
Had you had two sets, no big deal. But you need to know results, and you want to maximize the data you get back. Clearly, that's going to be the TRIPLE WORLD CHAMPION

Fast forward to Malaysia, Webber is in the lead. Multi 21 orders were given. (if you don't remember whoever is leading at a certain point, turns down the engine map to save fuel and engine and ensures a 1-2 team finish) Webber know the team wants him to hold position and save the engine and Vettel will stay behind him. Yet Vettel did not follow orders, even though it was a team decision.
So your telling me that Vettel can have his cake and eat it too? He gets the newest part and ignores team orders as well?

You are justifying that it is clearly okay to take Webber's front wing (Silverstone) so Vettel gets an advantage (clearly manipulating the race to favor Vettel to win). Because Vettel is faster than Webber, even though Webber won that race. Okay Webber gave up that wing even though he didn't like it and recognized that it was a team decision.

And I don't like ANY team orders on position. I want them to fight it out on tract. I don't care if they crash each other out.
Dude... Look at my i-club avatar! You should know me by now
