Kimi?
I'd love to see what Hamilton can do in a RedBull.
But it's really a toss up. I feel like RedBull has a big enough budget to get any driver they want.

And Red Bull also has Adrian Newey. I'm sure Hamilton would leave Mercedes given the opportunity. Assuming it's someone like Kimi or Hamilton that goes to Red Bull, it could mean someone like Di Resta will have a chance to move up to a better team.

so to take his seat...
like others have tossed in Kimi or Hammy.
I don't see either being a number 2 to Vettel. Kimi is number one at Lotus and Hammy is the popular half at Mercedes.

Who do you think he is? Webber/Alonso/Hamilton!?
Raikkonen said: “I didn’t want to go to a team as a number two driver because their would be no point going. McLaren have always had the same status for their drivers, none of this business about number one drivers and number twos. If you have one option available, one to go into a team as a number two, and the other to go there on the same level, it’s an easy choice.”
But it was Raikkonen, not Heidfeld, who got the coveted seat. Rumours insisted that Raikkonen had picked McLaren over Ferrari, as he did not want to be number two to Michael Schumacher at the Italian team.

I'm gunning for Hammy. Screw contracts.

Who says that Webber's seat has to be #2? Sure Vettel with still be #1 and get priority. But that doesn't mean he can't be beaten.

I think he very much cares.

These days I don't think he cares.
If the car is equal, and he's gets equal treatment, he'll be okay with it.
He's no fool to pass up an RBR ride.
