Kimi has a contract through end of 2015 season, I believe. Of course, history shows us that this can be handled with a lot of money handed over to Kimi. Kimi loves Ferrari because they always give him millions in cash to NOT be their driver.

hah I think its great that they were so desperate to get rid of him the first time they bought him out of his contract for millions, just to hire him back and have him basically mail in the entire 2014 season. I honestly woulndt be surprised if he was actually doing this to have them buy him out again.

It is.
That station is after the incident headed down to turn 8.
It is VERY close to the accident but it is after, and there was no cautionary incident after that stand. (you wouldn't see the green flag until after the accident)
The Flags are to warn you what is coming up.
A caution at a station after the incident would mean that there is yet another reason to drive slower beyond what you have already passed.

Doesn't matter, the tractor was still on the damn course side of the wall. Should still have been local yellow at the very least until the crane was off the track.
News said today that the brain injury that he has is not just "severe". 80% of people with this injury do not regain consciousness and those who do tend to be severely impaired.

It was a local yellow. The green flag was after the incident.
The flag at/after the incident should be green. There's nothing left for the drivers to be cautious about.
From a driver's perspective; You see yellow and you slowdown and look for the hazard. Identify the hazard and avoid it. After seeing the hazard, a green flag will signify that there are no more hazards and you can go back to racing.
Officials raised double yellow flags after the accident by Adrian Sutil, which means drivers had to slow down to the speed that they can immediately stop. But unfortunately Bianchi’s car aquaplaned right at the time and ran into the accident site

Sad accident, and a guy like Jules had more driving talent than anybody here could dream of but still couldn't prevent it....the speed he hit that tractor was lunacy

haha, yeah "mailed in" might be a bit of an overstatement considering how bad the car is, but his ****-off attitude and his history with ferrari just really makes you wonder. That said, if Ferrari does buy him out, AGAIN, it will be remembered as about the biggest middle finger to the team by any driver ever, intentional or not
