forgot to mention, the best part of going to these meets are the caravans

 

we can actually have a good caravan this year longer drive!!

There have been a bunch of threads so I'd do one up that's like a closed sticky that you add stuff too as it becomes concrete.

Location.
Date. Time.
Price.
Vendors.
Raffle prizes. This is important. I almost think it would be better off to have vendors throwing down sick prizes than having to pay excessive prices for booths. At the car show we did not to long ago vendor booths were under $40 but they had to pony up for the raffle. And we got some SICK stuff in the raffle.
Car show divisions and prizes. If I were to get involved in this I'd have a couple classes and REAL prizes. Have a judges choice. Judges being a select group of members. A vendors choice. A members choice... I.E. a drop box. Members choice would be best wagon. best sedan. best NON impreza.

Need some concrete stuff.

Get someone on the horn with modified mag now that they know some of our vendors... LIC, GST, etc. Get on the horn with subysport. Get some press.

I think after all these years there is NO excuse to not have gotten a 4 page spread on hammy.

I know I for one haven't got a clear picture of what's going down. I'm sure I'm not the only one. Get things clear and people will get more involved.

maybe we can have it like back in 06 where we meet up with other caravans on the way up and have a huge drive up there. that was fun, unless they're minimizing the caravan roll in.

 

cant really help that if everyone even decided to go at the same time we would be rolling in around the same time anyhow lol.

 

I can bring my DJ equipment to provide some music for everyone. I think I can get my hands on a generator for my stuff..
