No, the food is only for the judges, however, small samples will be available for other people... Kinda like when a store gives free samples.

This is completely NOT related to the regular food items.

I need to know now... will you want the food turned into the judges in "competition format" (that is typically in a Styrofoam container with only a few leafs of lettuce as garnish) or in full out plate style with any/all plating techniques allowed?

Plating doesn't matter, however the presentation of the actual food does. Food will probably be served in paper plates that we're going to provide.

Do we have to make one complete dish for each judge or can we cut it in thirds and so on?

Also will the chicken and garlic be provided or do we provide to give each competitor the same part of the chicken?

Sorry guys, I had to pick an ingredient that most people could eat... Lots of folks can't eat red meat...

I hate to say this, but the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.

1 full size meal for each team... That way they can judge appearance and do tasting as well. Since there are going to be so many teams, the judges wont be eating whole dishes.

Doesn't matter what kind of chicken, nor does garlic matter... Any variety is fine, just like with iron chef.
