despite you not saying his name in that post, it could be considered a prosteriori knowledge.
example: "you may recall a certain douchebag wore a tshirt with 'im that guy you hate on the internet' on the front and his name on the back. what an *******."
since said douchebag has already been identified, despite not saying his name, the knowledge is present for those with relevant experience (having read the forums or shown up at BAM) and the statement is clearly about him.

Paul, "dude", you know just as well as anyone else who frequents this forum that nothing you say in regard to me or my business is "light hearted banter." Your inflammatory comments have the potential for costing my company business and reputation, so I will respond accordingly when necessary.
I do, however, remember a certain former employee of ours showing up to work "high as a kite" once. He was then let go and I believe he has now found employment at another local shop...
Thanks

Remember those crazy, heady days of S^2 and how you played a major part in ruining a shop's/tuner's reputation?
You perfected the practice of "analyzing" another tuner's work for drumming up business.
In my shop, you told several people that they were "driving a ticking timebomb." Maybe they were, maybe they weren't, but Sybir's 2005 STi was one of those cars.
And he's put another 50,000 miles on it after the first owner took your advice and sold it.
So before you go around saying someone...me...is making "inflammatory comments" you might want to review your past practices of doing the same.

I believe it was you that developed/tested/packed/ and even franchised the business concept of using fear & scare tactics to grow a business.
