Hmm.. I don't believe I ever mentioned the name of said individual. Pretty sure I'm in the clear here, but thanks for your amateur law advice

despite you not saying his name in that post, it could be considered a prosteriori knowledge.

example: "you may recall a certain douchebag wore a tshirt with 'im that guy you hate on the internet' on the front and his name on the back. what an *******."

since said douchebag has already been identified, despite not saying his name, the knowledge is present for those with relevant experience (having read the forums or shown up at BAM) and the statement is clearly about him.
