BAM entry ($10 prepay, $20 at the door) is per person.

Parking is $5 per car.

Yeah... same cost for everyone. It just means you won't have to pay the park entrance fee. Usually it's seems Quarry Lakes is $5.

So the cost of prepay is $10 for us. Then you have to pay the park entrance. That's totally separate from us. We don't get any of that. It goes to pay for the upkeep of the parks... worthy cause if you ask me. Even I'll be paying that.

The $20 is if you pay at the door. I'd highly suggest prepaying if you even think that you might go. We made it such a big difference to get folks to prepay. We need head count to ensure people eat.

Vendor list is already growing. I'll do another round of emails and start collecting funds and official "We're Ins" over the weekend.

I've got verbals from a few already so hopefully by mid week next week I'll be able to add 7 or 8 to that list.

I'm a photographer. I can't provide any official services as it's our wedding season, but I'll be there fore sure, and I'll be taking pictures. I have a wedding in Monterey on August 10th, but I can probably be out there pretty darn early on August 11th if you guys need help setting up, or just some pictures of things kinda' growing and building to the moment the "doors open".

I'll be there in my Forester.

Planning on possibly bringing the wife and kid.

Right on. Right now we have a guy on our organization team that's a photographer so he's got first slot and Brendan has been on board since last year to be the alternate. You are of course welcome to come take as many photos as you want. We'd love to be able to use some for next years web site.

And remember... the kid is free.

I can see a nice time lapse being done with my camera if I can make it. Something akin to this maybe? If I can make this a fo-sho and attend I'll need an idea of what size gig card to bring and I'll hand over the video capture for someone else (more skilled/qualified) to edit the music in or whatever.
