im assuming because we ran out of parking spots last year and some people had to park in seperate lots away from the main section

Seriously though... we filled the place up. We had people parking in the horse stables. No joke.

 

As it looks right now...my big project at work will drop that weekend (that means I will be working from Thurs evening to Sun night). We have not settled on that date for sure, but looking real good for it. So likely no BAM13 for me

 

Sure seems that way. LOL! Next year is going to be another flux year as we have a lot of things we're kicking around for improvements and forward momentum of the meet.

 

Now with the committee things should run smoother and a little less stressful

 

Yeah... that's the plan. Basically the meet needs to be able to exist and move forward even if one person can not handle it or moves on with other life priorities. No reason a great event should live or die based on one person.

Not fair to the community and most definitely not fair to that person.

The event admission prepay numbers for this year are phenomenal! Especially considering last year that Ray took event pre-pays up until the Friday before hand.

I'm glad we changed the time window on that this year! Plus, making ONE pre-pay deadline means no one should have any excuse about getting anything confused. No more nonsense where Tees N hoodies had one deadline, event admission had another, and carshow had yet another.

Our hope is we've made it entirely too easy & simple in re: to what's going on and how to pay in advance. Hell! We've even offered to take pre-pays in-person. We're spoiling y'all, aren't we?
