wowzers! whatta way to get going! first he blows the save...but then comes up w/ the win. after being successful w/ his breaking ball to get outta the bases-loaded jam in the 8th, he serves up fastball after fastball which get blasted, esp. the one to pierzinski. whew! well...we did come out on top. man, i can't wait till tomorrow's game.

 

Dammit, Rich Harden messed up his non throwing arm and Tim Hudson's on DL. =(

Ah well, better now than in September.

 

Whats worse is that we traded Mike Wood to get Dotel... (Wood = #1 AAA A's pitcher, or at least was, and would have been called up now with both H's injured)

 

hell yeah! it was good to see the bats were going today! our pitching fr: start to finish was pretty solid even w/ the angels 3-run inning. look out pac (ahem...oops! i mean...) sbc park, here we come!
