a salvaged title is supposed to cut the kbb value in half so its not impossible. most people just go over. especially if its new bc they know people will pay. its interesting that they only show the front end.

a car can be salvaged for many reasons. Theft, flood, body damange, drive-line damage, etc

You can always guy a totaled car back from ins and it will come with the salvaged title. I imagine this was the case. I wouldnt buy it to drive, but id buy it as a parts/donor car

18k salvaged Sti + 2.5RS with blown motor= sick ride

id sell off all the sti body parts/interior, etc. Just swap over the driveline/brakes
