A newbie in need!
Hey guys I've been on Nasioc several months before i owned my current car which i've now owned for about 2-3 months now and was pointed to this forum for a more Bay Area community. I live in Salinas but I have no idea where a knowledgeable Subaru mechanic is or a Subaru Tuner is. Im willing to drive to the Monterey area as well. I bought my 03 subaru wagon knowing it has a hybrid ej25 engine and a vf39 turbo but I'd like to have more knowledge about its current condition. If anyone could point me to a great mech or tuner id be really thankful.

I believe the closest one would be AHQ and it's still over an hour drive.
But if you had to go to a stealership, I've heard some good things about the one in Santa Cruz.

Closest subaru related shops would be pearce euro/japanese in santacruz/aptos (but I had a bad experience there and at santa cruz subaru)
