I was wondering if $202+tax is a good deal for a new WRX window+installation. I'm might be getting this done at Glass Pro on west grand ave in oakland...

Yes, my insurance paid ~$450 installed (less my deductible) at their recommended carrier.

I can second Fatal Velocity's recommendation. I was in on the group buy and have had zero problems with the windshield. Hope this helps!

Just wanted to let everyone know never go to glass pro in Oakland. They underquoted me and I ended up paying $325. On top of that they took 2 1/2 hours when they said it would only take 1 hour. On top of that they got spots of that tar glue ALL over my hood and they were really rude about it. Then some fatass dick came out and was arguing with me. I just wanted to leave so I said *** it. Anyways, they suck and they can go to hell.

 

As much as it sucks to hear horror stories, it's good to let everyone else know about it so nobody else gets hosed.
