Car Info: a center diff that is going...
things are as good as they can be. wagon is living but the tranny will soon be replaced along with a clutch/flywheel assemby. my diff makes a clunking at slow speed turns so i know it is just a matter of time. other then that life is pretty good, thanks for asking.
since we hijacked/derailed a few posts ago, how have you been?

I had on falken ziex 912's until this morning.
i did recommend them to justin.
they are really great tires, my only complaint is they are a little noisy.
i have the contiextremes on right now. hard to break them loose on the wet road which is nice. nice comfy ride. a little softer than i expected but all in all i have to say its a great deal. plus like fendy said. you get a $75 Visa gift card when you buy a set of 4 between now and march 3rd

We had the Contiextremes on wifey's Mazda 6. The ride and performance is decent, but it only lasted ~42k miles. I am now considering the Michelin Exalto (AS) as well, but the Conti's price (plus $75 gift card) is very attractive.
For the Contis, we had slight camber wear (inside) for all 4 tires. Auto Innovation did the alignment when the Contis were new. So the wear might be due to the Contis being soft? No idea...

I've NEVER had a tire last me that long. Never.
Heh heh it was on wifey's commuter car. Even the Michelin Exalto AS have a 45k mile warranty, so we expect a bit more for these AS tires.
On the other hand, the tires on my WRX do not have that life expectancy...
