Yup - agreed.
Perhaps they need to find a copy of Where The Suckers Moon and read it. I don't think the newer generation advertising people have heard of it.

The concept wasn't half bad, but this is just so blah. I bought my first Subaru because it was an ugly POS, but it was a blast to drive. I fear Toyotafication of Subaru is happening much too quickly.
I may not be buying a subaru for a long while
I wasnt a fan of the 09 stuff this was my last hope I was holding out with the bug eye but hell she has 179K on the stock motor and clutch She needs a break.
FU Subaru do something for my bug eye!!!! (the 2 door thing, dont screw it up.)

Tomorrow I want to send SOA this email:
Dear SOA Advertising Departmet,
I want to commend you on your brilliant advertising campaign. When we saw those "Mediocrity" ads 6 months ago we thought you were poking fun at every other sedan on the road. Little did we know it was really teaser shots of the Impreza redesign! You really pulled a fast one on us, congrats!
Sincerely,
Someone who is very happy his 2002 WRX is still running great so he won't have to buy a new one until Subaru pulls it's head out of Toyota's ***.

I'll reserve judgment until I see the WRX/STi. I think the current Impreza already looks like a civc/corolla/sentra/focus/mazda3.
Are the 2012's rolling out this year?
