Need a body shop. EMC Collision any good?
I need to get some work done on my car and I’m looking for a body shop that does great work and uses 100% new parts.
My insurance wants me to go one of their recommended shops, but those shops want to use remanufactured body parts to repair my car.
I was thinking of taking my car to EMC Collision in Fremont. Does anyone know if this is a good shop?
I live in San Jose so if you know of any shop down here that would be great.
Thanks.

EMC is pretty good. I used them for repairs on my wife's CR-V. Most of my friends with newer European cars go to EMC for their body work needs. If you want to stay in the Southbay, I would recommend Capitol Collision near Capitol Expressway and Snell. I just had my WRX repaired there. They do pretty good work, and they are a AAA recommended shop.
