n00b question

I bought my car from Presteige Imports in Santa Rosa... and got SUCKERED into buying the extended warranty...
I believe my warranty is voided by now so my question is:

Can i get my monies back from the dealship and scratch the warranty if I haven't hit 30k miles yet? or ... did i sign my life away...

TIA

Why Do Think Its Void?
Because You Modded The Car?
You Can Always Return It To Stock Before Bringing It In For Warranty Work If Thats The Case.
I Dont Think They Will Refund Your Money But Its Worth A Try If You Dont Want The Warranty

some dealerships will let you "return" a warranty.

If you bought extended warranty when you purchased your car it should be reflected in your monthly payments. I think you can cancel it and they will have to recalculate your car payment plan. You also pay a small fee to cancel too IIRC. I might be wrong or confusing it with the maintainence service plan.

your monies are gawn

Why does anyone buy from Prestige?? The sales people are morons and their 'service' dept is sub-standard. Marin and Albany aren't that far away - and for that matter neither is Carlsen or even Santa Cruz if you want to have a quality buying experience from a respected dealership that will stand behind the car once you've bought it.

Chances are, Prestige would have tried to wriggle their way out of honoring your extended warranty, even without whatever you've done to possibly void it.

Phew, I'm glad I was wrong!

(I've had bad experiences with those guys and honoring warranties)

(fingers crossed that you get that check when they said you would)
