I do not think I have seen one forum user somehow obtain the exact same IP from another forum user due to a lease being released from the first user.

the number of ISPs and also Class C's being used by the ISPs is so large that the probability of this happening is more then likely greater then someone winning the lotto twice in a row.

even tho there is the outside chance of this happening (along with a certian snowball and hell), I stand by my findings that STI_lady is a shill from Method4.
