And hey, $5, do you even own a Subaru? Doesn't seem like you do, you loser...
For one, the moderators are not going to honor or even answer your request. Second, how in the world would you know what I own? You don't know me, nor have you looked into my garage lately.

something something you bought a used car with AEM parts on it...

what someone chooses to purchase/drive is directly correlated to their driving ability.

dont worry, when you get better it will click lol

I wanted to buy an STI and the sales guys tried to convince me otherwise because they were questioning a female's ability to drive stick shift. That's a bit sexist.

The STi that I bought was pre owned and the previous owner had put an AEM intake on the car. I wanted a stock car but this mod was minor so, whatever. I asked the dealership to make sure if the warranty would still be valid and they said yes, even with the intake. I asked them over and over to make sure. I thought of every way possible to ask the question and they assured me that warranty would still be valid even with the AEM intake. I took their work for it but when I took my car back to get some work done, they said that my warranty was void because of the intake. Do whatever to make a sale, right? Make a sale & then screw the customer over, sure. So be careful when you buy a car from Stevens Creek Subaru. They're really shady on the warranty stuff & they don't tell you things that are wrong with the car. They're not bad at covering it up too, I must give them that because the car ended up having many leaks that they did not tell me about.

I've been to Stevens Creek Subaru and they don't sound the way you make them out to be. They were nice to me and my friend. We headed straight to parts department and the sales guy just greeted us hello and we were on our way. Parts department's awesome too. We were never insulted nor have we experienced horrible customer service. This was recent too. My other friend on the other hand just got annoyed cause the salesmen was trying to sell him a car he did not want, but that's all salesmen. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Also, you could have asked them to see if they would be willing to replace the intake. That way, you could have avoided all the warranty problems. A minor mod is still a mod. That should have raised a red flag right away. Why didn't you take the car to get an inspection prior to purchasing the car? That would have saved you a lot of headaches. If you bought the car knowing there was already a mod done to it, you should have steered far far away from that car. Otherwise, the dealership only did their job by selling you the car. Afterall, they are car salesmen. If you gave in to it, then that's all on you. You've got to be the smarter buyer to avoid situations such as this. What leaks did they not tell you about? Maybe the car left the lot fine, but after a while there were leaks. What kind of leaks? Specifics please? It's difficult to find the origin of the cause if there are no specifics being mentioned.
