now...not so much
i wouldn't bother with it Kyle unless you plan on running a massive rear sway or putting down a shiet load of power and need to control the oversteer a bit.

I had a set of Goodyear tires that Subaru had on special last winter that helped my under steer DRASTICALLY. I could barely make turns in my apt parking lot at 15mph without sliding. With the goodyear's, it was like I was on rails. They were even awesome in the snow. The complimented the AWD very well. I think I got the set on special for around $400 - $500.

I don't know I put them both in at the same time. Car feels planted an even feeling? Now only if i had some stickier tires.

You can drive my car if you want. Just remember its not a 6 speed.

Yeah, it's larger fsb = reduce oversteer, larger rsb = induce oversteer.

However, increasing both is beneficial, as it will help the car be balanced as opposed to being more biased to understeer or oversteer.

Not if you are starting out with too strong a tendency for understeer, keeping it "balanced" like that only lowers the threshold for understeer- since it was already biased that way, stiffening the anti-roll at both ends only makes it break away easier.

Hrm, I would think the standard WRX's are 50/50 split f/r making it neutral. Oh well, what the hell do I know?

Pretty much all street cars these days are set up biased to understeering, its a liability thing. Even M-series bimmers and ferraris off the showroom floor are going to plow if pushed without proper regard to set-up and turn-in dynamics.
