thanks guy, if i break his leg or something i might have to get through alot of stuff. if i had a gun, just 3 shots, 2 in the chest, 1 in the head. and when cop come, there is only 1 story, and its from me.

All said and done it is very difficult to pull the trigger as there is no going back. When u are doing so u r whole life flashes in front of u. u start to think is it worth it. Sometimes it is good to walk off

whats there to go through? If I was you I would of just opened the trunk and grabbed the tire iron and took his knee out.

1) get a witness or more.
2) lawsuites (means missed work).
my 2 cents, again you always pick the battle which is sure win else walk away.
just carry a sack of oranges in your car at all times. If some one trys somthing beat the with the oranges, and their will be no bruises. When the cop comes, you can just say "I dont know, He just passed out

If I were U I would stay on top of this, and make sure that you get your car fixed, because the cops don't give a rats *** whether you have dents, or not.
when i was standing with the guy he didnt say, any thing. when I was aproching my car, and asked them both what they were doing, they kind of just looked bewildered, and then ran. I didnt really hear them either of them speak untill the cops started to question them, and what they had to say I couldnt understand, beacuse it was in spanish.
any ways, if I were to do it over again, I would have skiped calling the cops, and just started chocking the guy until either his partner came back with my deck, or got him to call his partner to give me back my deck. A guy whos being chocked cant scream, and If some one sees me they wont be seeing my elbows flying, as im beating his face in.

almost got to test my ***** this morning.
I was on my way to work. Going just about 50 in a 40. This dude comes SMASHING up on my butt and at the last minute goes to pass me...double yellow...curve.
I didn't want to get wrecked by an oncoming car because you know they'd swerve from the jack *** into me. so I punched it. he quickly got behind me and I checked up on him...just a wee bit pissed.
He pulled over and undid his belt I kept going....we were literally in front of my office. So I rolled up to the corner store and pulled in. He busted a quick left and took off.
WTF!!!! is with people. If he had waited literally 5 seconds I would have been in my office drive way.
Crazy freakin idiots.

not yet, im going to qoute the car over the weekend, and then ill call the insurence and the police department. ill keep the case updated for you guys.
