my car got beat up by drunk guy
Time: Jan 22nd, Monday, 11PM
Location: Alameda Tapioca Express parking lot
after work i got in to my car and ready to go home. a drunk old guy (around 50 to 60 years old) knock on my passenger side window, and as i rolled down my window, all i heard was F*u and things like that. so i rolled up the window, and put my car in reverse. its like a routine, i will always roll down my window when i get in my car.
as i driving off the parking lot, the guy walk up to my car and putted his hands on my window. that time i told him that "i do not appreciate you using profanity." and when he touches my car, i told him immediately to back off or i will call the cop. after i said that, he swung his arm and punched my face, and opened my driver door. i pulled back my door really fast, locked it, and rolled up my window. as i rolling up the window, i dialed 911, and he started punching and kicking my whole car, the windows, and my door. he left atleast 3 visible dent on my side doors. i drove off the parking lot, and i parked on the side of the street where the parking lot exit was. while the operator transfer me to APD, the drunk guy drove off the lot, i made an U-turn and chased after him.
after following him for a block, he stopped the car, and got out. the guy started walking towards to me, and i just back up my car as he walks. after half block the police came and arrested him. he is chargered with DUI, Battery, and Vandalism. police took pictures of my car, but no the details of the dents.
now, i have many dents on my driver side body, and part of the paint on the dent are scratched. i hope i can get a lot of money off this case. new paint job? new door? lol

jeez man that's freakin lame, i instinctively roll down my windows when i get in my car too. -1 for disorderly drunk bastards like that. glad you're okay though.

i was so close to get out the car and get my baseball bat in the trunk and whop him, but i controlled my self to call the cops. atleast i did nothing wrong, so its all good
