You should have just killed him. I'm sure he won't be missed. Now he's getting a hot meal.

Dude, you have so much more self control than I do.

If someone did that to my CAR, I would see red. I dont even know what would happen.

Hey, man not to be a downer, but about two years ago I caught two Mexican guys stealing my deck. When I asked them what they were doing they took off running in two different directions, I immediately grabbed my flash light ,and ran after them. I caught up with one of the guys ,and through him down and told him if he moved I would beat the **** out of him.(he was only like 5'2 Im 6'1.5) I then called the cops, and they arrested both the guys, but while I was waiting for the cops. The other guy ditched my deck some where, and it was never found. I had was one of those in dash 7 inch monitor decks with a built in DVD (Panasonic). Any ways it was a ***** trying to get any money out of the guys at all. When I went down to the probation office, the cops wouldn't charge the guys for the brain unit they stole, and what was even worse, is that the cops only apprised my deck at around $500 (I paid $1200). The guy maybe paid me $200 of what he owed me, before I just stopped getting payments. when I went to the probation office to complain, they treated me like I was a criminal, and I was told that I wouldn't see any of the money that was owed to me. If I were U I would stay on top of this, and make sure that you get your car fixed, because the cops don't give a rats *** whether you have dents, or not.

Oh yeah, sorry to hear that bro. Good luck with the legal side. Were there any witnesses?
yea, my co-worker was right behind my car, and she saw he beating up my car and punching my window, but did not see the guy hit my face.

also a reason why i did not beat them up was because there was another guy with him. the other person did not do anything, but their size its bigger than me, and drunk. just imagine those white pickup drivers, not as scary as those red necks but close. lol

Insurance wouldn't cover this? Sorry to hear what happened... Also to the thread starter, sorry to hear. Go through your insurance, you get car fixed, and let them go after the guy... Good luck!

damn....I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt that you're not a ***** and say you have tramendous self control.

I will tell you right now without a doubt in my mind I would have probably been the one in jail. I would have dismantled that dude with maybe 1-3 shots and sat on him until cops got there. We were talking about this on Sat night. There are 4 things you don't **** with...just raised that way I guess. My stepdad was a son of a *****...as big as they come but this one thing wore off on me.... Don't **** with my family, my woman, my car or my hat. Shoot I get pissed when my friends mess with my car.

most likely they will under his complete coverage and his rates should not go up at all. He will however have to pay the deductible. He can then go after the drunk guy for that.

unfortunately like they stated before....the courts can tell someone to pay you back but they do not enforce it. Most likely..unless this guy feels bad for what he did and is able to pay the dude won't see a dime.

I'd just pay the deductible and get it fixed right. Don't short cut it.

my bud in La carries a stun gun and he uses it regularly on drunkards who come close to his car. The stun gun is a huge one not the handy one though.

that's why I gave him credit for having self control. I myself when it comes to messing with my car have very very little. Hit me in the face and hit my car...no way. I'll admit that would be the end of it for that guy and I'd go to jail for assault. In which time I'd fight the case as self defense and probably win. But it would be a hassle and definately not the right move to make in said situation. So smell my testyosterone.
