a few things.
I need new suspension, struts all the way around.
I don't have a garage, so i need to take it somewhere to have it done, where do you recomend?
I do not want OEM replacement, but don't need anything over the top, just some good replacements.
Need a good tuneup, all the basics.

Now another question, i have the following sound system in the car
Alpine HU cda-9856
Fronts: MB QUART PCE216 (6.5")
Rears:Focal 130cv
Sub: JL CVS110RG - W6v2
Sub Amp: JL 500/1

My other amp the JL 300/4 took a dump a few months ago, and i need to replace it.
The question is, since i am replacing the amp, any other recomendations for amps. I have it set under the passenger seat i will keep it there, so it has to fit that location.

They're a few vendors in the east bay that can install some better shocks for you. I don't know how much you're willing to spend though.

They might could help you out. Unless you want to get a set of Monroes or something at the local Firestone shop. I dunno.

Other than that, JL makes awesome amps, I'd go with another 300/4. They're expensive, but I think they're worth it. You have a very similar set up to my '93 240SX Fastback:

Very good sound considering I had no rear speakers.
