i dont let the violators judgment of a "safe spot" dictate where i stop them. i use my PA and direct them exactly where i want them.

To iloqin, people do NOT adhere to this, people nearly clip us all the time because they're either not paying attention, or they don't change lanes and rubber neck which often causes them to veer toward us.

A lot of people probably shouldn't have their licenses though, a majority of people freeze up or flat out ignore emergency vehicles, I love when people lock up their brakes when they see the lights and don't yield.
no ****, or when they pull into the median. i love writing tickets for that.

From your experience, do a lot of LEOs do that? I've seen quite a few instances where the LEO was in one of the worst spots possible, such as 15 feet past an intersection with no shoulder, when there's an entrance to a parking lot not much further down the road.

i very rarely make stops in parking lots. i prefer to block a lane of traffic on city streets.

your description sounds like a lot of the places i use to make stops on a daily basis.
