this is why we dont have true justice. real people are too selfish and vindictive, and cannot sustain an egalitarian society. this is why there are wars. money and power. people will never give it up especially if that means they get less of either. goes into the whole battle between good and evil, heroes and villains: one group wants good for all (works with everyone), the other group wants good only for himself (and uses the people to get there).
Lets get specific. What you must ask is, is it justifiable to stab someone in the chest who puts a knife to your throat and threatens your life for no reason other than to take you livelyhood, and has a friend who threatens to shoot you..........

It is my understanding that CCW permits are county-to-county in states like CA that have not adopted the "shall issue" stance. In the states that HAVE adopted the "shall issue" stance, all you need to do is apply and the state, well, "shall issue." So here in CA, you have a better chance at getting a CCW in more rural counties, unless you're Sean Penn, in which case you'll get one even in Marin county.
I was under the impression that recognition varied county to county as well as state to state. For example a CCW issued in OC would not be valid in LA. It depended on the county. Again, I looked into this a ways back so things could have changed.

I don't understand how it went from a knife on his throut to accidentally stabbing the other guy. Gonzalez and his buddy should not be robbing people and should be ready for any trouble that may come from it. I don't necessarily believe robbing = death, but when you play with fire, you sometimes get burned....
