Modifying sedan rear seats to fold like a wagon

so you guys wanna have a 60/40 rear seat like my legacy I not shure if this will work but I have seen people put wrx rears in to the late 90s legacy so I would think it would work the other way around the only problem for you guys would be that the seats would not match the rest of your front seats or any of the door panles

kidding.. I like the wagons, but I got a good deal on my sedan. I just think that rear folding seats would be more practical.
Anyways... Gibz, do you have any recommendations for a fabrication shop? I am going to see if I can find a way to do this myself, but it's going to be a pain in the ***.

I really don't want a different looking rear seat, if I don't have to. I am going to try and find a fabrication shop to do this. I need to pull my seat out to see what I am working with. I am sure that I just need a way to mount some hinges and a way for the seat to "clip" into place.
