Do 2003 WRX sedan (rear) seats fold down?

Question about 2003 wrx Sedan seats

Do they fold down at all? Im not sure if they do or how? or does only the armrest fold down. Its a pain for snowboards.

Car Info: A limousine with a chauffer

The armrest folds down and has a pass through to the trunk. Seats no foldie.
