So I got a ticket by a Burlingame cop. The code was 27151A. So i changed it sent in $10. Now they say I owe $122.25 I thought exhaust was a fix it and not a fine?

It is becuase the state ref offices are closed now. So now you are guilty as charged. That is how it was explained though inaccurate it may be.

look at your ticket and see if it is correctable.

if it is, did you get your ticket signed off my another cop?

 

i got a fix it ticket @ 19th and lincoln. i changed my exhaust and had a hillsborough cop sign the ticket off.

this was a while back though.. probably a year and a half ago.

 

yeah i dont see how fix its and state refs go hand in hand. state ref i understand that they are closed and one of the only options (if not the ONLY option) is to pay it off, but fix its can just be signed off by a cop and $10, so i dont know what the 122$ was for.

 

yup... no more fix it. That sux! i got a 26708(a) window tint... the cop decided that it was non correctable.. lame

 

my fix it ticket is code number 27150A, it's for "amp exhaust" i hope mine is a regular fix it lol
