Mismatched hoods... Uber cool or colorblind?

would it really make sense to paint a CF hood?
okay pardon me if i am soundin stoopid... but i forgot... why do we "white out the lic plates again?? (i seriously forgot...)

I whited out the plates just in case some people get some ideas about taking my car w/o my permission.
Just a safety precaution. 
But yah. Some like it, some don't. I like mine alot.

Kostamojen, fiber images reskins doors for the 02+ imprezas, if you REALLY wanted to i'm sure you can get them to do a custom job on a gc
If i could get the whole body in CF i'd do it too, the E46 CSL's CF roof is too damn sexy, i'd at least want the hood (have it) the roof and the trunk done in cf for continuity.
I think CF looks fine on white,black, and maybe silver, but it just looks a little wierd on blue, i have a JBP and i think it looks fine.
