Just need a poll of good mechanics in the Bay Area. Most of my co-workers go to Carlsen in Redwood city but someone else was telling me about a place in Hayward that specializes in Subys. I just got 17" wheels so I need my car lowered about 1.5 inches. Any reccommendations?

If you're near Carlsen, why not try Kevin's shop? Run a search for AHQ or Auto Headquarters.

Otherwise, Gruppe-S and GB Motorsports are in Hayward.

There are plenty of shops that can install springs for you; LIC Motorsports, Gruppe-s, or MPJ Performance are a few of the Bay Area shops that are also i-club venders.
