Houston area mechanics?

I'm a new owner in Houston and I was wondering if there are any Subaru specialists (aside from the dealers) in Houston. Particularly west/southwest. I live near Bellaire.

Also, if you know of any to avoid, I'd like to know that too.

I just tried gettin my uppipe installed at a place, and they couldn't get it to quit leaking. I need to find a reputable shop that has done uppipe installs before. I tried asking before but i didn't get any help. Someone help us out.

I found somebody else that owns a Forester, and she said that the only luck she's had so far is with the dealer. Surely there's gotta be somebody else with good Subaru experiene down here though.

Carboy did my uppipe. There is also House of Power, CXI, and Light speed performance. None of them specialize in Subaru but I'm sure they could all do a uppipe.

car boay is excellent!

to recopmmend carboy is a good thing they installed a greddy turbo timer & hks bov on my volvo 2 years ago havent had a problem with either since have the best time with both, plus theyre great guys to deal with
