Aside from having some of the worst flow of any movie I've encountered in recent history, Reloaded found new and innovative ways to **** me off. The main two would be:

The one wonderful thing about The Matrix, the first movie that is, was that it was an awesome idea. Something you couldn't really argue with, just someone's take on reality, etc. There weren't any forcefed philosophies, opinions, etc. It was just "hey you know, what if this was really what's going on?", and the retort typically is "heh that's a pretty interesting thought". Then Reloaded had to introduce "causality", which I akin to tossing a religious debate (and it pretty much is) into the mix of the movie.

The second most irritating thing about the movie was the fact you could have skipped the entire film and just watched the conversation with the Architecht and the Oracle, and you prolly wouldn't be missing dick from the storyline.

The Wachowski brothers seem to have gone the way of Lucas with the Star Wars enterprise, catering to the populous' love of flashy gimmicks ( i now hate the "matrix shot" that was pioneered in the first one ) and non-existant storylines.
